Waiting for Rates to Drop Before Buying?
Welcome to the Real Estate Shift Show where we update you more frequently on What's Happening In Minnesota Real Estate with quick real estate tips, updates, and more!

There are a couple important things to know to help you to buy a home now instead of waiting. The main two reasons to buy now are that a buyer can refinance at a lower rate later. And this time of year there is typically less competition at least on Minnesota and Wisconsin home sales in the winter months.
