The market is shifting toward multiple offers on the listings that are staged and dialed in for showings.  These listings are also the ones that are priced slightly aggressively. Multiple offers do not happen on the overpriced listings and listings that are not showing well, but overall this is a shift in what I think a lot of people were thinking would happen with the market.
