Renting Your Paying Someone Else to Own a Home

There is a segment of time when it makes sense to pay rent.  However, once you're past that and either way you should know that you are paying for someone else's mortgage and helping them own a home.  Ideally, you would be putting your money toward owning your own home. If you're someone who wants to invest then know that one of the reasons to do so with real estate is someone else will pay most of the bill for you to own the property.
