My 2024 Prediction on Real Estate Prices

For the Minnesota Real Estate market for 2024 I am making my first prediction of the year.  Different "experts" forecasting and predicting if prices will go up or down and stay flat.  I am predicting a slight appreciation of 1-3% for Minnesota Home prices in 2024.
