Another shift from 2023 statistics is the decline in licensed Realtors.  Nationwide 1.67% was the fall in licensed realtors and that was the largest decline in many years.  Minnesota Realtors actually dropped over 2%. Minnesota still has over 22,000 licensed realtors.  On the question will the trend continue. This is one of the topics we will be watching and updating you on in 2024 on the Real Estate Shift Show!
