How Hard is it to Find Acreage Property?

Sharing an example of a home search I set up for an acreage home search in a 5 county area and only 18 listings came up for under $400,000.  And some of those had accepted offers on it.  Thus, often you have to start with an in town home and then work your way into an acreage property.
