Biggest Shift in 2023

In today's episode discusses the biggest shift in 2023 which was fewer transactions happening. The prices did not change much but the amount of sales happening from the peak of activity in 2021 where there were around 6.5 million units closed and the units closed in 2023 is not yet but likely around 4 million.  This has had a large effect on brokers, realtors, and buyers and sellers who are actively invested in the current real estate market.
