The things that can keep you from buying a home are simple things like getting a loan pre approval. Or if you need to sell a home to buy then it may be getting your home ready for sale, so you can buy a home once your home has sold.  When a buyer said the interest rates are what's keeping them from buying.  At this point the rates are what they are so this is not really a reason.  It just says you are not familiar with the real estate market.  On those things we can help you by holding your hand and guiding you through the process.
