How Does No Snow In Minnesota Affect Real Estate?
Welcome to the Real Estate Shift Show where we update you more frequently on What's Happening In Minnesota Real Estate with quick real estate tips, updates, and more!
It's February 1 and we have no snow on the ground in many of the areas in Minnesota which is very rare. So how does this affect real estate? Certainly, it makes it easier to view homes. However, we have low inventory again so even though more people likely are in the market to buy there is not enough inventory to create a big upswing in home sales. If you're a seller who is ready to move it's a good time to get your home listed.
