How Do I Know If A Listing Online Is Sold

When looking online for a home you may notice that a listing is marked with a sale. Last episode we talked about how some of the websites may not quickly update the status of homes that are under contract. In this episode I explain what these mean.  For example Active, i - is sold subject to inspection.  A, s - is sold subject to the sale of a property and on this status the offer can be bumped.
