What you should know about buying an acreage property

When buying acreage properties there are a few things to be aware of. 1) often they are fueled by propane. 2) Normally the acreage properties have a septic that you need to pump. 3) Also you normally have a well, so then you will not have a city water bill. There are other things to be aware of but those are common things that someone who has never lived on an acreage property might not be aware of.
